Our team will work with you to develop a customised bespoke package that meets your unique needs and goals, making your experience simple.

You'll experience great care with personalised attention and peace of mind knowing you are getting treated by Dr. Daniel Rosas a world renowned surgeon at the prestigious 'Dreams Hospital' in Tijuana, Mexico. With your surgical and nutritional consultations, pre and post operative nutrition program, and online group support all included.

We also provide professional bariatric life coaching support with the lovely Sonia McIndoe from Mind Empowerment in our Elite package, as an optional extra or if you are simply just wanting some additional support post-surgery at any stage. We here at Reshape feel this service is something that you should strongly invest in to ensure long-term success.

Your aftercare is just as important if not more important than the surgery itself in achieving the best results possible. Our aftercare plan will keep you motivated and allows you to receive support every step of the way.

The Process

Enquiry and Consultation Process:

Complete our online enquiry form, or give us a call to start the process with one of our Reshape Consultants.

We'll send you information on our packages and a Client Application Form to be completed, you will also need to provide a summary of your medical records from your GP.

Our Reshape Team will then raise a invoice to cover administration costs of $80.00 that is payable you (the Client) before your initial preoperative bariatric evaluation. This cost will be deducted from your final invoice should you choose to go with Reshape NZ.

Once your administration payment is received, your pre-operative bariatric evaluation will be completed by the surgical team. You will be assessed to determine if you meet the initial criteria for bariatric surgery and determine the type of procedure best suited to meet your unique needs and goals.

Once you have decided if bariatric surgery is for you - only then will a final quote/invoice be raised.

Receive Your Quote/Invoice:

Following your preoperative evaluation, your Reshape Consultant will devise a final bespoke customised quote/invoice for the initial deposit to be paid. This is so your spot on the guided tour can be secured.

This will be an all-inclusive package – simple!

Once we have a full group ready to travel, we will start to build your welcome pack that includes your itinerary and provide you with all the necessary information that you require.

Receive Your Welcome Pack:

Once everything is arranged, you will receive your welcome pack and full itinerary so you know what to expect each day, which includes travel and accommodation details; procedure preparation advice; your aftercare plan; destination guides and details of your tours and excursions.

Your dedicated Reshape Consultant is on hand to answer any queries you may have. We understand that undergoing surgery in a foreign country can be a daunting prospect, so we are here to ensure you feel comfortable with your decision. We also understand that requirements can change, so we will adjust your itinerary and quote accordingly, as and when required.

Arriving at your Destination:

Travel

You will fly from Auckland to either Istanbul, Turkey or Los Angeles, USA before travelling via private transfer to the hospital.

Your itinerary will contain everything you need so you know what to expect each day. Your Reshape Consultant will also be on hand to offer further guidance, and support you throughout your trip (i.e. private transfers to and from the airport, your accommodation, and medical appointments).

Procedure

Our Bariatric Medical Team will make you comfortable at the hospital with the support of the Reshape team. The medical team will monitor your recovery and discharge you once you've been given medical clearance.

Return Home

After a further two nights in a hotel to recover you will then travel home to start your new life.

Aftercare:

Your personalised aftercare plan will contain all the information you need for the first few months such as post-op appointments including online support available to you.
